I am known as ‘Johnny from The Block’ because I have been and Elk Grove/Sacramento resident for over 33 years and I KNOW the neighborhood! I attend the city council and planning dept. meetings in order to provide accurate data about city growth plans, updates on school district changes, new development projects etc.
I maintain the mindset that ‘I work with my client’s family’s best interest as my priority!’ The absolute best part of my job is when I hand the keys to my buyer client and/or closing the deal on my seller clients home sold for top dollar.
My team and I make it a point to help our clients relocate. We help provide boxes, help load and unload their furniture on trucks and of course we provide breakfast and/or lunch. We strive to take pleasure assuring our clients we’re here to help till the very end!
My team and I enjoy giving back to the community. I volunteer time helping the local homeless shelter once a month by preparing and serving meals, collecting and distribute clothing.
We sponsor and coordinate community events at local parks three 3 times per year:
These events have an awesome community turnout of families having fun, food, games, face painting, jump houses etc. My favorite part is meeting the attendees, seeing the smiles on the kids faces, neighbors meeting mingling together. It’s events like these that help us realize that were all part of the same community so why not enjoy a good time together and offset the hustle and bustle stress that life can sometimes bestow on us.
I chose my team to be part the Keller Williams Realty (KW) brokerage firm for several reasons:
There’s NO better real estate firm I’d rather be working with.
Contact me to allow me start to bridge the gap between our relationship! You will quickly see I am a relationship builders not salesperson!
